This can reduce your organization’s administrative costs while also making it easier for your team as they don’t have to setup and secure a separate account.

SafeStack have partnered with Auth0 to provide SSO to our customers across a growing number of identity providers.

SCIM Support

SCIM support to auto manage your organizations users through your identity system is not yet supported but is on our roadmap. Users will need to be invited to your SafeStack before they are able to sign in using SSO.

How to get SSO set up

There are a few steps involved in setting up SSO and it involves coordination between SafeStack and your organization’s SSO or identity provider administrator. The details of each step varies by identity provider.

At a high-level, you will need to:

Enter SafeStack application details into your identity provider platform.
Provide SafeStack support with details from your identity provider platform.
Set up a user to test and share this with SafeStack support to test the configuration.
Once tested successfully, SSO configuration is complete and you may begin inviting users to your SafeStack account.

If you’re setting up SSO for an organization that has active learners using SafeStack, we require at least two days working notice once we receive the details from your identity provider platform to coordinate the switch-over with you to avoid any potential disruption for your learners.

You can reach out to our sales team if your identity provider is not listed. There may still be an opportunity to configure your SSO requirements for your organization with our SafeStack platform.
